These terms apply to concretemould.co.uk, operated by Concrete Mould Company UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. The current item price is displayed in pounds sterling and includes VAT where it applies. Delivery and the full order total are shown before payment. If a material error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and available destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Risk passes as provided by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your withdrawal, return and conformity rights are set out on the Refunds and Returns page and derive from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any statutory protection you have where you live in the UK.
